When searching for your new property we will complete the following:

Collecting and reviewing data from multiple sources

Compiling a short list that aligns with your borrowing capacity and property objectives - Inspect ALL potential property matching the brief

Full research including speaking directly with local agents, property managers, councils, etc. We even talk with the buyers and renters at open homes.

Reviewing the infrastructure proposed for the investment areas, to include transport, education, medical and government policy

Presenting a report with specific recommendations

Bid at Auction if required

Property negotiations and purchase management for the selected property

INVESTMENT

VENDORS

Almost 50% of our properties are purchased OFF MARKET, and we are regularly approached by vendors to assist with the sale of their home. Whilst we cannot act for both sides of the transaction, we are often able to match our buyers to properties not listed on the open market. This saves an enormous amount of time and money as well as the intrusion of having open houses with strangers walking through your property. Selling this way also ensures you complete discretion regarding the sale from prying neighbours. We can also introduce you to an agent to act on your behalf at significantly reduced fees if required.
